Construction Engineering Bureau, set up on January 18th, 2001 with
a registered capital of 43468100-Yuan (RMB). It's established according
to the structural reform scheme of China Telecom.
The company is one of the biggest high-tech-based communication- technology-intensive
construction enterprises in Anhui Province with tremendous strength,
flexible system, good credit, excellent equipment instrument, lots
of professionals as well as quick reaction to the market demands.
It has been authorized as the grade one contractor in communication

Besides, the company has got license for foreign contracting engineering
and labor services. In December 2003, the company was identified as

China Netcom, China Railcom, radio &TV, transportation, and municipal
